According to DCH Audi in Maplewood, NJ, they are putting in orders for 2005 Audis to arrive maybe even before July. If I was thinking of a 1.8t Ultrasport, should I put it on hold and see what I can get for the next year? Or is this dealer just ****ing with me and most likely going to leave me waiting for months for my car to show up?

Your dealer speaks the truth. My dealer says that the factory isn't even accepting orders for 2004's anymore. A friend has a 2005 on order and is expecting it the third week of June.

that there will not be any significant changes in the early 05's? I mean, if I recall correctly the ultrasport and the painted valences weren't offered (or confirmed) until the middle of the '04 cycle, right? Correct me if I'm wrong on this...so maybe you can put an order in for an 05, but it is likely to not have any significant changes this early, since we STILL haven't heard confirmation on the rumors (i've heard the same things from my dealer too)

The best info I have is from my dealer (can we trust him?), and he said there "won't be any significant changes" until 2005.5 (February). I wonder what the insignificant changes will be (and why does it take a month to tool up for them).

if ur gonna wait till 2005, why not save up more money and get the new A6. that car is beautiful
