Just out of interest, would a projector housing ....

... reduce the glare? I'm asking simply because I stumbled across a post on AZ from someone asking about the feasibility of using/modding VW Mk5 projector foglights for use in the B6.

It'll help a great deal imo, but in my opinion only HID specific projectors will work the best.
