my cousin has 02 A4, just recently hit curb that damaged passenger muffler and almost to y pipe where it splits, he order new rear valance to replace, when he got it, it came with only one exhaust opening as oppose dual, must of got by mistake from europe distribution center since some euro-A4 have smaller engine and only one exhaust, would single exhaust be fine on his car... he has 1.8T..

So, the answer is no. Get the proper part to return the vehicle to pre-loss condition.
