so my car got hit today :(
Well my day officially sucks. My A4 that i painstakenly keep in mint condition got backed into by some inbred trucker in his 18 wheeler. He said he didnt see it which is complete BS!!!! He got my right rear quarter panel, right tail light and my bumper real good. I got a police report and its his fault, but this reaaaally sucks Ive kept my car in perfect condition and then this happens...Im so bummed out. Im also extremely worried that in the process of fixing my car the body shop will just scratch more parts.. ...Sorry for the rant
The only upside I can find to this is that im more than likely gonna spring for a USP front, maybe an S4 rear bumper or something similar...and havent decided on the side skirts yet (any suggestions?, maybe just s4 door flares?). Im gonna see how much his companies insurance will cover of all this and ill pay the rest. Hopefully with putting all this new stuff on my car I wont be so depressed about it....
My car yesterday, just had my thermal exhaust put on little over a week ago, and I detailed it and put the S4 grill on.....

hey-
just find a good shop and it'll all be fixed on his dime
spare no expense, and find the best shop you can. as someone who's had LOTS of body repairs done, i can tell you its more than possible to return the car to fresh-off-the-factory-floor condition
