My car is only a month old, I absolutely love everything about it. There is one sound that concerns me though and I cannot fin the cause...
Something really close to the window, close to the top of the hood makes a really loud sound. It happens occasionally when I turn, and it is a scary sound. It sounds like something moves all the way across under the hood. And then in opposite directional turns it moves back. I tried to locate it but I cannot seem to find it. It is quite loud, kind of like a palm size piece if lighter metal. It does not seem to hurt anything, and I have no check engine light on, but it definitely concerns me.
What do you guys suggest I take a look at?

check steering?

Steering is fine too.

You'll have to take off the wipers, then the trim at the base of the windsheild, and finally the cover. You should see the bettery and ecu box. See if anything is loose in there.
