Used you can get a good set with tires for 12-14, You can get 17s from the 01 celebration, same >
Wheel, ive seem sets selling for 600 - 800. Good luck they are a nice wheel. Now since the USP is no longer offered it might be harder to get a set. However they may be some 04-05 guys that are ready for a change, the only consideration would be condition.
I paid 950 for a set of 5 wheels ( one rashed) and one spare with tire- SO i had to buy 4 new tires. Went with the Goodyears, no regrets
