Default Might be too much lip for the B6. IMHO, it looks best with a slightly smaller lip. Here's why:

The body surfaces on the car are pretty much all convex and flow very smoothly into one another. When the wheel has such a pronounced inset, it jars the eye with an abrupt transition to something totally different from the body of the car. BMW gets away with it because they have some sharp edged detail lines that don't flow as much to begin with, and the lower body surfaces are more convoluted. It's busier to begin with, so the wheels can be a continuation of that theme. I really like these wheels for the BMW. Too much inset for the Audi though.

Of course this is just my opinion and somebody else may love it. It's their money, and their car.

Correct. Just pointing out that the deep dish effect may not be the way to go on every car

Default i agree... imo the A4 looks great with a flat-face rim

deep-dish look also seems to depend on how wide the fenders are. thats why an old 911 can get away with a huge lip and look amazing with it, esp. with those turbo fenders... drool
