These pieces are supposed to go in the back...

Have you figured how to get the back sill plates to adhere? I've had my set for about 2 months and have not put them on because they seem wierd.

They don't seem to fit in the same area as the front ones...
They seem to want to go over the existing black treaded door sills. They don't seem like they would fit very well at all...
