Mileage looks good....
Always liked the M3, however, if it's an 02 then that's the first series SMG tranny. Not saying there is something wrong with it, but if you go SMG, try and pick one up a year or two younger.
A friend of mine had the 02 M3 with SMG and it was pretty sweet.

02 was a good year.....mine 02 was solid... price can be negotiated....
smg is nice but i drove the new dsg and hands down ... dsg surpassed smg. the shifts are faster, more fluid, and smoother. nice find though. good luck
