Default For those of you with an aftermarket system/subwofer - are you experiancing...

Our b6 A4's are pretty solid, no real rattles anywhere except for the front lights by the sunroof control. They rattle like CRAZY!! I've got about 800 watts running and no real rattles other than the rear shelf (which can be cured with some dynomatt) but what do I do about the rattles from my sunroof control & those lights right next to it? I don't even know how to open the thing us to see exactly whats rattling, but I'm thinking its the 2 lil light bulbs in there, and if it is...what do I do to stop those things from rattling? Taking out the system is not an option here....haha...help?!?

Default Solution to your problems:

a la Sohcrates...

alas, I tried this, but it wasn't the bulb sockets rattling, it was the encasing itself. Couldn't do anything about it, so it still rattles like a b*tch...

Clickame

Default Please Describe your system ..... 800 watts is a lot, but ...

.... I'd like to know how much of that is going to the sub(s)? Do you think that the car could withstand about 1900 watts total designated to just subs? Currently I am planning to dynamat as much of the cabin as I can, including the trunk.

Default Well, I have not decided on the head unit or processor either. F#1 Status anyone? ....

Still looking at the different caps and what it is going to take battery wise. The head unit is basically up in the air right now.
