Anybody know of a decent trunk mounted bike rack for my 3.0? I would rather not get the roof rack. Will this trunk-mounted rack scratch everything up?

It was used once on my wife's car to get her bike from Boston to Providence when she moved here. Now we use my other car's roof rack. It has a 7 strap attachment and is easily adjusted. All points that contact the car are padded. The one time we did use there were no visible scratches. Can't say what would happen if it was used over time but the padding is sufficient to prevent it (IMHO). Let me know if you are interested. I'll sell it for $35 plus shipping.

if you don't want the roof rack, and you're not about to put a trailer hitch on the thing, the detachable trunk mount is your best bet. Good luck!

It actually scratched my trunk a bit though. I would suggest putting a towel or something under it...but works ok otherwise

I'm going to get a trailer hitch with a reciever. Haven't researched yet. Anyone got a good one?
