Don't mean to keep on bashing New Country, but I just got a service summary from them in the mail from my nightmarish experience with them a couple weeks ago (and also my last experience with them). To add to their awfulness...
The front passenger door's tweeter had this problem where when the door was closed, it would jar free from the door, and stick out a bit. The more the door was opened and closed, the more it stuck out. not a big deal, but i reported it anyway. Says they fixed it, but nope! I still pop it back in every day, I'm just gonna glue it in there.
Also, my right rear fender liner pulled down over the winter. They fixed it, but it took a week for the parts to come in, and on top of that did a CRAPPY job...looks rushed. If you look behind the wheel, the fender liner is all bunched up and looks only slightly better, if not slightly worse, than it did when it was just hanging down! retards

The thing that tops it all off, is the service manager sends me a survey report of how HE rated HIMSELF for the service!!! Of course, according to his report everything was done 100% perfectly. The nerve of these people... My advice: NEVER go to New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT to have your car serviced.
