Default Vag-Com tool

Does anyone in San Diego have one of these things? I'm trying to fix a 2000 Jetta. It has the Cel and Airbag lights on. Just did an engine swap and they came on. Tried the OBD II scanner but it's not specific enough to find the problem.

If anyone can help me find/fix the problem I'd be most appreciative. I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee. (I hate the stealership)...

Thanx
