check out vag parts for info-

basically-
beam pattern is different and turn bulbs are different

ecodes are just the housings, xenons vs halogens are the beams.

I do see the appeal of them though, they do look much better.

that is your car right? That kit is perfect. I love the way our front looks stock and the kit you have isn't too different than stock. It's just right.
