This is what I ended up with tonight. paint wasn't totally dry and it was only 3 coats of primer and

Default That would work, but all clear coats will give some degree of shine...

So it might not match afterwards if he says it matches perfectly already.

Default Even better, thats what is used on the OEM buttons.

However I dont think you can get a good quality vinyl paint in a can. Out of a gun, would be no problem. Good call.
