Wheel Lock Question...

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/58609/lugnuts.jpg"></center><p>I ordered wheel locks from clair parts and was just about to put them on my 19" rs6's and noticed that they are a little shorter than the ones given to me with the rims. Is it okay to use these???

Depending on how much shorter, NO. Your 19s are most likely deeper and the OEM wheel...

Thus requiring longer bolts. They don't even look the same shape, that is a problem too.

Wrong seat and wrong length.
Stock bolt and the wheel lock use a ball seat. That bolt on the left uses a cone seat.

From the looks of it though, the AAA's are cone seats, & the lock is a ball seat...

May have probs if it doesn't match the wheel seat. What is the wheel? Cone I'm assuming since that's what bolts they gave you.

i just got a set of rad wheel locks from pure motorsports. cone seats and longer than stock
