Default I've been out of warranty on my A4 for 2 years, and haven't spent 2k

other than regular and preventative maintenance, I've spent maybe $300.

Default I've spent $1200 in 1 year outside of the warranty...

I'm guessing parts for a Volvo would be cheaper by far and I think I got "ripped off" to begin with

Warranty companies are out to make a profit...not to cushion your repair costs

Default Warranty means you still must get service items done as well. Not worth the hassle to document every

pita just to get paid. You (personally) can probally get needed repairs and service done cheaper than most people. ie: MIL's A6 needed a new ECU, list $1100, $250 at Force V. Just wing it, it's a good car. Does the wife know you need the service items on top of the warranty costs?
