i was driving my new car the other day (dolphin/ebony quattro, sport, premium, hot seats, xenons, 1.8t manual) and someone high beamed me. are they that bright that it distracts other drivers??

I think people confuse "blue" lights with high beams on newer cars, hence all the flashing.

I get beamed all the time just with the halogens.

I sometimes flash people because their lights are out of adjustment and blinding me. You might check it. I know that my driver's side light was aimed much higher than the left when I got it. I readjusted it myself, but had the dealer check it again. He put it right back to where it was originally! You can't trust the dealer for "nothin'"!
