2007 Audi A4 2.0T Problem
I have my 2007 Audi A4 2.0T with about 89,xxx miles. I bought it about a year ago and I recently had a problem. I was driving one day and out of know where I saw white smoke coming out of my exhaust. Right away I thought a blown head gasket because it seemed like my cat lost power. However, a few days go by and I turn on the car and everything is fine. My check engine light turned on, then went away, then came back and has not gone away. Any idea what it is? I took it to O’reilys and the code said ‘very small leak.’ I got a gas cap but I’ve yet to put it on. Today my oil level light came on but it’s only been about 600 miles since I last did an oil change. Not sure if that’s normal or what.

Same issue but 06 w/ 112k.
I've got another issue that I've never heard of on any car I've owned. Everytime I refuel its difficult to restart. Not to mention it's embarrassing. I love my car and take pride in not only the exterior but especially how it runs.
Any help out there ?

@RandyLane - could be the EVAP canister is clogged and affecting fuel mixture for restart; is the CEL on; either way you'll need to get a scan done to see what error codes might be showing.

its the purge valve
its a fast and cheap repair
