I have a 2008 A4 with the standard 4 ARM steering wheel. Wanting to swap for a 3 ARM S-Line steering wheel. I realize that I have to change airbags. There are several 3 ARM S-Line steering wheels for sale on eBay. The issue is that no one can tell you if they are compatible with a 2008 B7. I would prefer a newer 2009 and up 3 Arm because they have aluminum trim pieces around the controls. My car has paddles, so I would be needing paddles on the new one as well. Can I use an A3, A5, A6 S-Line steering wheel on my A4? From the photos, they all look alike. Someone told me that I have to find out if my steering wheel uses a 1 stage or 2 stage airbag. If I ask an Audi service department, they seem to be clueless and don't recommend doing so. Anyone have useful info for me?

For the amount of money it is going to cost you..is it actually worth doing????
