I'd buy a set of those ABS S4 knockoffs and have those painted. That way you could always swap back.

I love DTM edition but I think it looks as good as it does because of the entire package.
Black window trims, the lower grill etc....

paiting your mirrors black won't match with all the chrome/silver trims...
