Clear front cover (clear bra) any body used them......
I see there is a wide range of prices. I pretty much believe you get what you pay for but I see them all the time on Ebay as a kit to do it your self, you guys got any info???????????

where are you located? i install
I wouldnt recommend a do-it-yourself kit, Im an installer and each car presents a unique challenge. An A4 can run you anywhere fomr $450 - $800 depending on who is selling it to you and how popular it is in that market. Stay away from 3m - they will yellow even though they say they wont... VentureTape / Invisible Patterns made in the UK, imported to the US. It is the best product I found when I was choosing a film to base my business around... Regardless of who you choose - the clear paint protection is absolutely the way to go when it comes to keeping your car looking great.

I tried a do-it-yourself kit on a previous car. It didn't work out well...
I consider myself to be pretty handy but the material is difficult to work with and mistakes are not easy to fix. It looked OK when I was done but not perfect like I wanted it. If I had done a few more cars I believe I would have gotten pretty good at installing it. My Audi's clear bra was installed by the dealer (they had the best price) before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend the produc(s).

Where are you? I am in so-cal...
and just got a CF hood that I want to clearbra (24") but got quoted $220 ("at least") just for the hood alone --> everything else is already clearbra'd up

Im in Vegas
Thats not too bad for the hood, these round cars are tricky. I was asked to do a Gallardo and I was sacred as hell of it, but it ended up being the easiest job of all since the car is very angular and has simple curvature rather then compound curves.
