How long should my first set of tires last?

I think it was these two turns that did it.
Traveling eastbound then drift around the bend west to eventually merge North

A lot of times I would go home for lunch so I would hit them each twice a day.

No that diagram is well on point
The diagram is extreme but unless you hit certain points of a turn, like an on ramp, you will melt the tire away especially as we see warmer weather. I forgot what our tires are rated as far as heat but its not a lot.
Again look into a better street tire and you will see less of an effect.
Also PSi is kinda hard to rate, the door jam is noted for the avg driver and a certain weight. That might be too much, also when did you get that PSi rating when cold or hot? There is so many factors that go in...but
a) get street tires not all weather
b) rotate tires every 3k
c) fool with the psi till you get one thats good or ask around

52,000 miles on the Pirelli's. Switched to Yokohamas... cant remember the type off hand but they ruined the handling of the car by going to a 255/50 over the 245/50. Wifes car, tried to make it a bit "softer" but the handling seriously went to crap
