Lowering Springs for B7 Quattro
Hey, I am in the midst of researching before my purchase of springs for my A4.. I found some good deals for both of these brands... which is better?? TEIN or EIBACH???

Nope
Many of my customers find the fixed right setups either too low or too high. Rarely perfect. So if you go fixed ride height - make sure you will like what you are going to end up with. For extra $400-600 I think COs are worth it.
In case you ask, I am partial to Vogtland coilovers. Unfortunately they are backordered.

OEM 2005.5 sport suspension
If you're going to turn the car in at the end, find a set of 2005.5 sport package springs and shocks on ebay. It would be cheaper than coils, not mess with any warranties, and lower the car 20mm from standard ride height. You're not going to get a "slammed" look, but thousands of dollars for a coils on a car your might turn in is retarded...(believe me, i've done it
