My car sounds like it's got a "gym teachers whistle" or a bird in the engine bay at full throttle in

1st gear. Is that the turbo spooling???

Any ideas if this is normal??

I have that also

Prominent when going through a tunnel and full throttle around 5000RPM and higher. Not sure if it's because of the airbox or something but it's not realy like a turbo whistle IMO.
