Default 2011 Audi A4 Quattro expectations

So I just purchased a used 2011 Audi A4 Quattro 1 owner with 60k on it. 6SP manual with sport package. I purchased this from a dealer which specializes in used Audis. Great car fax. All service records and receipts. So i drove it 700 miles home and two days later the check engine light comes on. Now this dealer had just done $2000 worth of service and changed the spark plugs. I got a code saying the 2nd cyc was misfiring and after doing a little research we concluded they never changed the coil packs. Had them changed today at a euro place. Not audi as they are a ripoff. The light has stayed off since. Has anyone else experienced this and or any other issues with there 2011 model? I'm thinking about buying an extended warranty but they are so expensive and I fear i'd never use it. I always maintain our cars very well and have never had major issues. Any thoughts?

Coil packs are a pretty common problem with the B8. Some people carry spares in their trunks.

So the engine light came back on two days after I had all 4 replaced. Same issue. P0302 cylinder misfire #2. This was done at a euro shop. very reputable, but not at Audi. I'm going back Monday. I can definitely feel a loss in power and the car shakes just a bit. This is so frustrating. I've only owned the car a week. Brand new plugs, not sure bout the wires and new coil packs. Maybe they put the wrong coils in but wouldn't i be getting a misfire on all 4? Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful and appreciated.
