A4 2009 (P+/Quattro) Adding REMOTE START
Is there a safe (preferrably cheap) way to add remote start to this car? Something other than the $250-300 cheap kits from the local stereo guy.. Has anyone done this? What did you use? Did you like the results?

It' s very difficult to do since there are so many systems linked together.
It's not impossible as there is one forum member here or on AZ that had it done.

It's not hard to do at all, it's just a matter of tapping the correct wires. I'm still deciding about adding it since I have a system Viper sent me about5 years ago for a build but I never got around to installing it.
