Have you guys looked at all the feedback on Fidelity services ( i.e a google search )? The reviews are horrendous and scary. Any thoughts or real world experiences?

Hi, I just purchased a new 2016 Q5 and looking at options to compare pricing for extended warranty for the 7 yr/70K or other options, from 3rd party rather then dealer. My dealer is quoting me their list pricing and wanted to see what other options there are? any suggestions?
