Bad news is better than no news?
Here is the latest response I got from my dealer about the wheel production delays...bummer.
"We may experience 5-week delays. I don't have any definitive info from Audi, because they don't know how long delays may be on the 19" wheel."

When did you place your order? And do you know when it moved from IS Bank to Factory Bank?

NP. It probably moved over mid June.
Audi should ship the cars out on time with 18" wheels and have the dealers give the 19" wheels when they arrive months later.

I asked my salesman if I could change to whatever wheels are available and he said no...
I'll be changing out the stock wheels immediately anyway, so I could care less what wheels it comes with. He said there was no way to equip an S-Line with non S-Line wheels. It's going to suck seeing them on the streets while I wait for mine, but hopefully it's worth the wait to have it spec'd exactly how I wanted.
