Coil Harness Connector

Can someone give me some guidance on how to remove this connector- there are 8 of them on the harness, 2 for each coil.

Lift up the gray lock tab and then just pull straight up on the connector.

Jim thanks....I used needle-nose plier to pull the gray tab straight up until it "clicked" then squeezed connector both sides and pulled straight up.
