curve xenons
I think I'm finally going to do it, retrofit my halogen headlights with the xenon e-codes. My question is can I replace my halogens with the curve xenons? I've read somewhere that it can be done but with a lot more work/mods. Has anyone done that or has a knowledge on "how to"?

I'm pretty sure it's just replacing the headlamp with the Adaptive Light housing and the control box for it. You'll then have to VCDS the car to tell it this feature is enabled.

I can help you out. I have 2 full housings from a 2009 A4 P+.. it has the LED strips, xenon projectors/mounts. all you need is the ballasts and bulbs.. and i guess whtever to program the car.
PM me if you're interested.

Can some one help me identify these part numbers? 8K0 941 003 S, 8K0 941 004 S. I checked with the Audi dealer and was told that these are adaptive (curve) lights are for a right hand side cars (England, Ireland, etc...)? Is there any difference in how they project? I know that US lights kind of beam into the middle while European spread. Or if someone can give me a correct Euro spec (e-codes) part numbers for a NON adaptive lights. I have an 09 A4 avant. Any help appreciated.

8K0 941 003 is the left side; 8K0 941 004 is the right side. However, couldn't find anything to explain the "S". There is an option it says in MMI that lets you convert the headlight, I assume RHD and LHD but the menu just says convert ON or OFF.
Hope this helps a bit.

Hi,
I know about left and right, I believe S stands for adaptive (curve) lights and C, D or Q are for the standard xenons. My question is are these used all over Europe or are these part numbers only used in right hand driving countries? Is there another part number for a left hand driving countries?

Mine are the self leveling/motorized kinda I guess. They do this top to bottom sweep when I start the car.
There's a screw on top that you can adjust to change the level also.. so you should be fine for Left or RHD... i don't know why the lights would be different.. mine are mirror images of each other.
Have you ever noticed a car which isn't symmetric?
