Forgive me if I'm missing any lewd references that are normally associated with insurance companies, but I think this is your oversight.

I was at a stop in a residential area 3 blocks from my house. As I started to cross the intersection a Lincoln Navigator with a push bar rear ended me. The guy didnt speak a lot of english but kept saying sorry and how much and got upset when I said I was calling the cops. He said he'd get his boss and he'd give me money. So I'm guessing he didn't have a drivers license.
I'm lucky he didn't zoom off and I was able to get photos of the driver and the car with the license plate on my phone.
The cop who came to write up the report said they were able to run the plates and that they had someone waiting at the address to try to pick this guy up. I didn't care too much if that guy gets arrested, I just wanted to make sure that I don't have to pay the $500 deductible to get it repaired.

Yes, it is rather ironic that I installed a geico app the day I get in an accident...only the 2nd in my 13 years of driving. Last one was 12 years ago.
