Default Front Links Replaced/beware

My front end lower link had to be replaced after only,40,000 miles.Covered under warranty, thank God.-Do these after market links have a longer life than the OEM's?...Need feedback, thanks

Eurocode and 034 Motorsport Adjustable Front ARB Link Pair for the B8 Audi A4/S4, A5/S5, and Q5! These end links are manufactured from billet aluminum and feature Aurora sphercial bearings, and are designed to replace the flimsy stock plastic and rubber units. By using spherical bearings instead of rubber bushings that are prone to deflection, these end links eliminate any slop and ensure that your ARB is performing optimally.

I know the quality of the plastic OE lower links have been discussed before and some have bought the replacements you are showing. I can't comment on them bc I don't have them- surely have to be better than our plastic ones though.

How did you know they needed replacing?

Ernesto, do you by any chance have an aftermarket sway bar that can be stressing the link?
I'm asking because I recently installed a rear sway bar and I wonder if the links will fail on me.

Hello Gunsmoker,I don't have an after market sway bar in the front, but have the H&R in the rear. The issue,as you know was on the front.-I took the car back because I did hear a slight inconsistent,Faint, light sounding clunk from the right front.-Ill keep you posted.
