Price negotiated is $450 over invoice.

I haven't decided on purchasing the extended warranty. Thier latest offer is $3100 for the 7 year 100,000 mile coverage. Opinions???

I also found out that the dealership will be making $200 off of me if I use audi financing. The rate I am getting is %2.49 for 5 years. I might re-negotiate the cost of the car down by $200.

I didn't order it. The car just arrived at port and has been allocated to the dealership that I had visited.

The warranty decision should be based upon how long you typically keep cars.

Congrats and you are quite lucky. I had to order a very similar configuration in late July as no dealer in my area was going to have anything remotely close to my desired configuration. Mine is due in early October.

Nah, if you can afford to fork 2-3k out if the car breaks, you don't need an extended warranty. If your car happens to have a reliability that is much worse than the average, you can always sell it back to the dealer to avoid future loses and move on. It's not like a house that you have to insure, because if it burns down there will be no one to buy it at a reasonable discount.
