What type of maintainance should I perform with 90,000 miles

That all depends on what you have had done around 40 to 45K. So all the following is suggested unless it is not needed....

Plugs & Ignition Coils
Timing Chains (if you have never done them)
Brakes & Brake Fluid
Engine Oil
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Transmission (depending on what you have... CVT, Variable etc...)

An Obviously a good qualified mechanic to do a visual inspection of the entire vehicle.

Timing chain should not need changing at 90k mi. The tensioner, though, is another story.

True.. But I had oil leaking from the pan all around it... So did the whole thing.
