My Premium Plus came with 8K0-953-502-BD 4PK, right stalk should have MFA controls and standard cruise control, list price is $301. The part you found (BE suffix) is for cars with adaptive cruise control.

Your picture is not showing up from mobil me. Perhaps upload it to the site or use a more friendly host like photobucket.

Hey...
I think I figured out the error - Cabal_san's instructions were to change:
17-Inst Byte 2, bit 2
and
56-radio Byte 9, Bit 6
the latter is not a problem, but when I look at the first, I see the first attachment...
However when I look at 17-inst Byte 1, bit 2 - I see DIS Active (second attachment)
That sounds more like it...
So when you said 17-Inst Byte 2, bit 2 I now believe you meant 17-Inst Byte 1, bit 2.
Can you confirm this?
Thanks

I myself always just use the Time feature. For some reason, I want to know how long it takes for me to get into work in the AM. I'm weird that way! heh

You got it man. Sorry about that. Good to see you got it working. I forgot about Byte 0 being the first one in the series! doh.

Hi,
I enabled this menu and selected avg MPG. Nice! But, it seems that the average value is reset (that is previous average data is discarded and a new computation begins) after the car has been off overnight.
My previous car (B5 S4) had this function and controls for it on the stalk, and the average would only be reset by manually doing so with the stalk control. That way, you could reset it when filling up and know the computed average over the whole tank.
Am I doing something wrong?
Has anyone else noticed this reset behavior?
Thanks,
Dave
