When using Speech Rec to say the number, you can also say "Plus" at the end of the number and add an extension number (when calling through Auto Attendants and/or the codes required to access your mailbox.)

The phone has answer supervision and will only dial the numbers after the Auto Attendant has answered.

Also if you make a mistake, just hit any command (radio etc) rather then listen to the system play back the Wrong number.

Speaking of listening to the number, just hit "Dial" once the number is display.
