Tire noise
When my tires were rotated at 15,000 miles on my 2009 a4 quattro my Falken tires seemed to become noisy. If I rotate them again will it help? I don't want buy new tires.

Did you get an alignment check when you rotated your tires?

Will be listening closer next year when they will be put back on.
As for your question about rotating them, IMHO I'm not sure this will help.

Falkens are crap. They perform well initially, but they become noisy and wear out quickly. They are also more prone to have non-uniformity issues (out of roundness, conicity, etc.) Ditto with Sumitomo (who I think makes Falkens).

I had a set of Goodrich Traction T/A's on a previous car that after a tire rotation got crazy noisy. Careful examination of the tires showed non-uniform wear around the circumference... Just to check, I rotated them back and they were much quieter (not exactly quiet, but what I was used to I guess).
Problem was, I knew they would just continue to wear unevenly and be shot in no time. I had the place where I bought the tires check alignment/etc - everything checked out, so they worked with me - I got about a 60% refund on the T/A's toward a different set of tires (another brand even). Didn't have that problem again - so I think it was just a bad set (or perhaps just pair) of tires.
I'd check your Falken's closely - are they worn unevenly (left/right and or around the circumference)? If so I'd for sure check the alignment before getting new tires. If you rotate these back for reduced noise - be aware that the wear will likely continue and you will probably have a shorter life - so watch the tread depth carefully to make sure you don't let them get so worn to be dangerous.

I had the same exact experience with FK452's. Seemed great until I swapped front and rears at around 10k then they started to get crazy loud. I ended up getting rid of them after ~18k miles even though there was still plenty of tread. The insides were slightly cupped. I replaced them with Nitto INVO's, which also got annoyingly loud after ~10k miles. I replaced them at just under 20k miles with a decent amount of tread left. No sign of cupping or abnormal wear. So far, so good with my Toyo Proxes 4's, but approaching the dreaded 10k mark rapidly...

I check the pressure before leaving the tire dealer's lot. They usually fill my tires somewhere between 28 and 45 lb.
Did you check your?
I think my Audi dealer said not to rotate the tires.
In the 1960s someone wrote the auto journalist at Popular Mechanics asking "What is the best way to rotate my tires"
He responded "Put the transmission in D and press the accelerator".
