Default USED '08 with issues

Hey Guys First time Audi owner here.

Bought myself and my GF a 08 A4 S-line last week and its a joy but stopped off at the autozone to check the codes on her today and to my surprise this is what I uncovered.

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1) x2
P2294 Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit
P0507 Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected x2
P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Performance
***P0011*** Camshaft Position Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance
P0455 Evap Emission System Leak Detect (gross leak/no flow) x2

From the Seller I know that the timing belt was recently replaced.
I've done some research on these and I'm seeing alot of easy fixes or some more serious ones depending on my luck.
Coming to you guys with my list for your insight on what the most likely problems/fixes would be to get me started.

Wasn't there a MIL on when you got the car or did it just come on. Is this a dealer of private sale. Did the car need to pass any inspection from the state at time of purchase. You may think there are easy fixes here but it may not be the case. You also don't know what the oil consumption is yet so as I mentioned if this was a dealer I would take it back to them and tell them to fix it. It is illegal to sell a car with these codes.

Well it was more of a private dealer, buy here pay here. Paid cash no real service after that. All that was stated was it sat for a bit and needed a tune up, the timing belt had been replaced and a hub assembly replaced. Car drives great not noticing any issues yet but fearing a lemon sale.

No required inspections needed in my state and codes weren't cleared so unknown to how long they've been present or if they've been corrected.

Interesting , what state are you in. Also was the check engine (MIL) light on when you got it. Good luck as this may be a money pit. How does it run and what kind of gas mileage are you getting.

Tennessee, yes they were present when I purchased. Runs smooth like gliding on air. Right now getting over 500+ mi to the tank so roughly 30mi/gal of course using premium fuel. Had one issue when I started it before the test drive where there was a slight rocking while idling but hasn't done it since.

I see only Nashville and Memphis require emission testing so you're lucky. Clear the codes and see what ones return then start you diagnostics from there. Don't throw parts at it until you find something.
