No, we don't have that feature as of now. We might add it in a future version if it's technically viable.

What's the one you can't live without? What made the most difference to you when you changed it?
Here's the list I've collated over the years for the options I know can be coded via VCDS on the A4 B8, I am currently working on changing the ACC settings.
I think the best feature that's been added, would be enabling the hidden MMI menu as you can make other changes as a result without connecting any leads etc to the car. Another important security feature change is the alarm activation time when the door is opened with the plastic key, as standard its set to sound the alarm after 15 seconds and this has allowed 'certain types' to gain access to the cars and the OBD and make changes that allow them to steal the car.

Default Radio and Media control settings

Is it possible to tweak the steering wheel controls for the radio and media player? In my 2005 A4, the left turn wheel would scroll through radio presets simply by turning it while the radio was on. Now it takes several button presses to get to the presets menu and then every even then you need to press the wheel on each station instead of it selecting it automatically. Same goes for selecting tracks on Media source (i.e. iPhone). On the old Audi, the left scroll wheel would let you skip to next/previous track, now nothing.

I just got my 2015 A4 and find the MMI to require A LOT of button presses to do very simply tasks. Am I missing something? Is it possibly to reprogram the button/****/scroll wheel behavior?

PS: if anyone knows of a good tutorial (besides the one Audi released), please let me know. I've read the manual twice, but still find the system to by clunky.

Nice. Now if I can get an elm327 that will work I'm all in. Mine will pair, but that's about all it'll do, even with another app.

My car doesn't have the smart key.

Which button on the remote do we press to get the windows to come down?

i have a manual transmission, when i go to reverse my passenger mirror does not tilt down. Is it because of the manual?

Thanks.

When you enable the windows up or down settings in Carista, A4 and Q5 models add a new menu to your MMI (under the CAR menu). That was it.

Fox Fader, I'm glad it's working for you

About the mirror dipping in reverse: it's not about the manual - it should work with manual cars too. But it may depend on whether you have power seats and the right type of passenger-door ECU (module). Have you tried that setting in Carista? Also, it only works if you leave the car's mirror switch set to the passenger side (I think... or was it the other side? or middle? I don't remember, but try it in all positions).
