well i did say you would be grunting so don't say you weren't warned. 
Id clean it up with a wire wheel on a drill and slap on a wheel bearing and call it a day ...
But i'm sure there will be lots of guys telling you to replace the whole upright and then deal with the pinch bearing from hell.. not me , if its a daily clean it up , bolt it up move on.
