Wiring harness wisdom needed

Wiring harness wisdom needed
I'm putting an 8.5 motor in my 2009b8. It came with the wiring harness ecu and fuses still attached. Was hoping to just pop that in. What difference I've found so far is a sensor in the steering rack that isn't on the new harness. I assume it's because the newer car aren't hydraulic steering. Was wondering if anyone has insight on this so that I may use the new motor without swapping the intake manifold and fuel rail. Would like to use the newer ecu to take advantage of the e85. Here's a pic of the sensor I'm talking about. Thanks!

My understanding is you swap over the original ECU, intake manifold, crank position sensor, accessory bracket (thus the original power steering pump and ribbed belt), and harness.
