I got the 19" Audi Sport 5-spoke wheels 👍

I'll post some pics when I'm able 😁
Nice sline option for Canada. The US A4s only get the 5-V-spoke wheels and not the Audi Sport 5-arm-rotors as a 19” option with the black optic package.

As promised:

As promised here are a few pics of my '18 A4. Daytona grey pearl, black optics package, 6-spd manual. It also has the adaptive suspension which I gladly paid the premium for. I think it's well worth it!

I drove a Golf-R MT, GTI MT, A4 6MT, A4 automatic, A3, S3, S4, A5 Sporback.

I know you didn't ask, but my personal take is to get a GTI over the Golf-R. They were giving them away in August. $22,000 for a GTI with leather interior and LED headlights! But I could not get past the looks of the Golf, and the fact that the automatic braking only worked up to 10 mph whereas on the A3 and A4 it worked at 25. They are doing a full redesign on the VW, and so it will probably fix that in two years.

I was confused after driving the A4 6MT. It was not the magic that I expected and was confident it would be. The shifter had a strangely shaft. Also let down with the S4 as the transmission was worse than the A4, though the seats were better. The A4 automatic was great and had the Torsen AWD. The A3 was great, but it just seemed like, especially in that car, it needed a manual. The S3 was like the A3 but with much better seats and more noise for no reason other than to make noise. For $350 extra they will seal the exhaust leak for you.

That looks amazing! I can't wait for mine.

Last weekend I ordered an 18 6MT A4 in Florett Silver with the black optic package, sport suspension and navi.

I agree with other posts that had the A3/S4 been available in MT i likely would've gone that route. Regardless, this will be an awesome upgrade from my 10 y/o MT Civic which has been great, but not nearly as fun as I know this will be.

I hadn't originally thought of Audi, but was pleasantly surprised after test driving (it was on my short list b/c of MT; I TD a Mini, Fiat, Alfa Romeo Guila - DQ'd for no MT, and a BMW 3 series). Just 3 more months of waiting!

Not sure where you are but there are 2 of them on dealer lots in the Baltimore area with that exact configuration. I backed out of my order and will be waiting for the release of the 2018 GTI/Golf R. In the end I just couldn’t get over lack of sportiness in the ride.

Darn. I'm in N. California and the dealership would only search in the western regions.

Good luck with the GT/Golf R! I'm sure that will be a fun ride.

You don't want to wait for the redesign?
