Sorry, I don't have such car to take a look how to do it, but think must be simple and must be somewhere on forums
I have found one additional thing for EU adaptation (from NAR) - if you have virtual cockpit and change it to km per hour you will have both miles and kilometers in digital speedometer - solution is to uncheck bit 2 in byte 6, module 17 and you will have only km/h
17 Instruments - Byte 6 - bit 2 (from 1 to 0)
Some kind of update - In the new obdeleven app interface where every byte has its own name, there must be changed two parameters from "miles" to "kilometers" . You must scroll down to find them. If you change only one parameter it's not accepting it. I've done it right now to my b9 and it works fine! GL

I have the first gen device on the basic plan. I am trying to change the radio region from Japan (car is a Japanese import to New Zealand) to Eur. I selected the Multimedia control unit 5F, long coding, but there is no option on any of the following screens for choosing a radio tuner region:
Is it necessary to upgrade to the PRO version in order to get the option to change radio region?
