Default Headrests removal A4 Sport Seats

I'm hoping there's a real simple answer. I need to remove the front headrest on my 18 A4 with the sport seats. There is nothing in the owners manual.. I can't believe they are non removable Does anyone know??

I think it has something to do with removing the emergency portion of the key, and inserting that into an opening in the plastic portion of the headrest, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

The rear are like that, but the front has the button on the side of the headrest that lifts it up and down, doesnt go into the seat.

I figured how to get the headrest out. You have to pry off the black trim piece that's under the headrest, it's held in place by 4 clips( rather stiff) , then on the drivers side inside the seat around the headrest chrome pole there’s a spring loaded disc you have to push down to unlock the headrest, only on the drivers side. Not too difficult. but needlessly a PITA

hi. I was wondering if you know how to remove the front passenger head rest from a 2018 A4. I don’t have a sport but it sounds like my head rest is similar ?
