For a few days I have the message on the board: Audi pre sense: currently restricted.

Does anyone know how to fix this anomaly?
The car behaves normally, we did a diagnosis, and there are no operating errors.

Ensure there's nothing obstructing the front camera behind the rearview mirror.

both the camera and the windscreen are clean, they are not elements that will block their good visibility but still the camera does not work!

Someone told me that it is possible to decalibrate the camera. can anyone confirm this error and how did it solve the problem? Thank you

This is a dealership fix. I had a audi presense malfunction message come while I was on a freeway. I went to an Audi dealership in Texas and they said the hard drive was short circuited and fried. So the fix is to put a new hard drive in the car and reload the software...It took a few hours and it was covered under warranty.
