Audi USA is advising me that there is a known fix for the occasional endless Please Wait... screen in the MMI when I try to use Audi Connect and they say it involves a software update, but they can't provide the TSB number. This surprises me because I thought there were exactly no TSBs which existed for software updates on the B9 A4.

Has anyone had this issue and had the dealership solve it and can provide any details of what was done?
