Does anyone know how to force the High Beam On in the Auto setting?
In my previous BMW one push forward switched High Beam Assist on, and that would automatically switch from high to low as needed. But if I pushed the stalk forward again, that would put the Highs on, effectively cancelling High Beam Assist.

That's how it should be working (when auto turns the low beams on). When the low beams are off, pushing away from you just turns high beam assist on and off.

Yes I got that, but how do I force the High Beam to stay on all the time rather than automatically dipping? There are occassions when this is necessary.

If autoHB are on, and you push it forward, doesn't it turn on high beams? Push it again, HB off (keeping autoHB on).

I'll check again tonight when it gets dark. It could easily be related to the outside light levels when I was testing this.

Yes, when your headlights are on, push forward again and it will go from auto to permanently on.

I activated high beam assist but my high beams do not work now. So if I oull back to flash, nothing happens and the high beams do not turn on. But I have the auto high beam display in my VC.

I would try to undo any coding you did, and then use the app (presuming you used coding in the first place).

I did that and switched it back. My high beams work but I have no auto high beams.
. Edit: the icon came on once I started driving. Hard to test if it actually works since I live in a city.

Hi. I've done all the coding but I do not see the "Auto" headlight icon in my dash. I've gone back and all the settings are correct (I even double checked in the binary mode).

Any suggestions?
Thx.
Jon
