2017 Allroad: Does anyone know what is under this plastic cover to the rear of the spare tire? It is flat at the rear but has a raised arc towards the front to stabilize the spare. There is an inviting **** to spin off (resting sideways in the photo) but the cover is still attached. Asked in the Allroad forum but no good answers.

Pretty sure it is the subwoofer. Maybe the plug is a drain plug in case moisture gets in?
Amazing! I would never have guessed that they could duct the sound into an useful area from there without rattling every panel in sight. Where id you find that image?
It's in the Audi Library app for iOS (iPad) -> Model Brochures -> A4 allroad which I have been pouring over while await my 2017 moonlight blue metallic prestige allroad.... Supposedly it is on a truck up to the dealer today after the long journey from Germany but I likely can't get it until Monday
