Those pads may not be cheap but compared to the brakes on my /15 A6 3.0T PP/S-line there is no comparison. The brakes in the A4 are worlds better. Wish my brakes in the A6 were this good. Glad to hear misanorotrs4 didn't need to change rotors -- good sign. All 4 rotors on my A6 warped within 12,000 easy driven miles of buying the car and Audi replaced them and pads under warranty. Now with 34K miles a bit of vibration when stopping. Unimpressive for sure.
